1. Double Charges & Technical Issues

In the event of double payment or technical error:

  • Contact our support team at homeworkrabbit@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Provide valid proof of payment (e.g., receipts, screenshots).

After verifying if a duplicate charge occurred:

  • Only the net amount after payment gateway deductions (e.g., taxes, processing fees) will be refunded.
  • If payment was made but your plan did not activate, our team will activate the plan manually upon verification.
  • No refund will be issued in this case; the subscription will simply be honored.

2. Taxes and Payment Deductions

Please note:

  • Any payment gateway charges, taxes, or processing fees are not refundable.
  • In case of a valid double payment, only the remaining amount after deductions will be returned.

3. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team may lead to account suspension or permanent ban. We strongly encourage users to reach out to us first for resolution.

4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

  • If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged again.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not generate a refund for the current active period.
